Two great trailers have showed up over the Christmas holiday. The first is for "Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer", and I tell you, it looks awesome...view it on Apple's website

The other is for the Quentin Tarantino/Robert Rodriguez double feature, "Grindhouse". I think I'm going to like the zombie story more than the other one, but either way, I'm there! Check out the trailer here

On the software front, tonight on Snortyville I'm going to load up an awk script that takes the output from the DOS "dir/s" command and extracts the name of the file and the size of the file in bytes. This is coming from a project to catalog all of my files on CDs and DVDs, so more software coming soon. The script is in awk, so you'll either have to be running unix/linux or have gnuawk installed on your Windows box.
